What is the date and time of event? Mark your calendars. Our conference starts on 27th April till 1st of May 2026.
How do I attend? Simply hit Register Now, fill in your details, and you’re all set. We’ll take care of the rest.
Where do I fly to? Antalya Airport (AYT). It’s a short 15-minute drive to the venue. It is convenient and hassle-free.
Do you have on-site parking or taxi service? Yes. On-site parking is available and taxis are easy to book from the hotel.
Will Children under 18 be allowed to enter? No. This is a business-focused event and attendance is restricted to registered delegates only.
If I can’t attend every day, can I give my credential to someone else? Unfortunately, no. Credentials are non-transferable and assigned to each attendee individually.
When does the Meeting Scheduler open? We’ll notify all registered delegates via email once it’s live. Keep an eye on your inbox!
What should I pack for the conference? Smart casual attire for the day, something relaxed for evening socials, and activewear if you’re joining the sports or yoga sessions.
What’s the dress code? Business casual. Polos and company-branded shirts are common during meetings, and resort wear is perfect for dinners and networking.
What should I do when the conference finishes? Check out, say your goodbyes, and make sure you’ve added your new contacts before heading home.
I need to cancel my attendance. Can I get a refund? Please refer to our cancellation policy outlined in your confirmation email or on the registration page.
