All payments are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of force majeure such as acts of war, civil unrest, or natural calamities. Delegates are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to attend and must have valid travel and health insurance. G7 Logistics Networks shall not be held liable for any medical conditions, injuries, or personal actions during the event.
